Hi everyone~ The Hyundai Genesis is a popular topic lately...Um, Hyundai states that the all new Genesis is as big as a BMW 7-series, with the peformance of a BMW 5-series, and priced like BMW 3-series...Personally, I think it's a lot of b.s, because an ultimate luxury sedan from Hyundai? It's basically a poor-man's Rolls Royce. WHAT DO YOU ALL THINK?Actually, Mercedes Benz is the poor man's Rolls Royce, Hyundai is the everyman's Lexus/BMW.
Yes, its true that the Genesis is a large car and has a better engine and driving then the BMW 550i with a price that tops out at only $42,000 with a 375 HP V8 with the same fuel economy as a Mercedes C230. Sure you could buy a more expensive inferior European car, but why? Just check out any of the online or print reviews from Motor Trend, edmunds.com, Genesis is a revolution.
http://www.hyundaiusa.com The reviews have been great for this car. Look at what you can get for around $40k! Compare it to a BMW or Lexus and you will spend over $60k. If you have the money and want to drive a status symbol, go buy them. For me, it would be the Genesis, easy choice.
My suggestion would be to go to the Hyundai dealer and drive one. My local dealer has them and it also has an Lexus ES for the customer to compare it to. They can't keep the Genesis on the lot.
The Hyundai Genesis happens to be a very impressive automobile.this is to topspeed, with it's all new Genesis, it'll hold it's value more than one of the Gm car and i forgot what it was, i'm pretty sure it was cadillac CTS or Lincoln.a hyundai will always be a korean junk in every aspect.....................you can`t even compare it to kiaKorean cars don't hold their value at all.They are the worst at this.Better choose an American or even European car.Before the Genesis came out, Hyundai impressed me over and over with their cars, and when the Genesis came out I was blown away. I think it is a fantastic car, and unbeatable for the price. It's not as sporty as a BMW, but it certainly beats Lexus. It's an unbelievable combination of power, features, and driving experience for the money. There are way too many people who are still carrying around a negative connotation with the name Hyundai. You need to throw out everything you know about Hyundai, because they aren't the same company they once were. There should be no shame in driving a car with a flying H on the trunklid.Honestly I'm not to fond of the Genesis. I feel Hyundai took all the luxury cars and just smashed them all together. For example it has the front of the Mercedes-Benz. It has the light in the rear, like the Lexus, and the sides resemble the BMW. Some of you might say that they mastered car building, but I feel it's not original, and that it's just a waste of time... if you want luxury, just DO IT RIGHT.#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
